About me.
Sometimes things happen in life that are beyond our control. Changing and adapting to new situations can be difficult. Navigating through that process can be challenging but talking through it can help gain perspective.
I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor and a Registered Psychotherapist working in the mental health industry for over 20 years.
I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2001 at St. Thomas University, and a Master of Education in Counselling at Acadia University in 2004.
Since that time I have worked with young offenders, survivors of abuse, children in K-12 and adults in post secondary, as well as families, couples and individuals in EAP.
I take a gentle and supportive approach to counselling, specializing in working with children. Though I am open to working with all clients
